Howdy! I'm Chip, a budding freelancer specializing in 2D character art, using both digital and traditional mediums. (That being said, I have dabbled in 3D w/ clay.)My self-assigned tagline is "a (literally) small artist with a tall order of dreams" which include but are not limited to:

• writing

All of which I hope to make a reality as they would be very useful in bringing my personal projects to life.Something else I have a peculiar interest in sound design, as I'm a particularly audio oriented individual. When I think back to media I enjoyed as a kid, I often think back to the way something sounded, like the cake or pickle jar scenes from Lilo & Stitch.I've not yet applied to college but when I do I plan on majoring in CS (specifically game design/dev) and minoring in - depending on what the school I end up at offers - either animation, dramatic writing, Japanese, or German.

• Something Cool(?) About Me:
I have 20+ story ideas and counting, and a new OC idea almost daily, which is a blessing and a curse. Most of said OC ideas happen when I'm at least somewhat conscious, but a few have come from my dreams.
Dreaming is something I do a lot.

• Something That Drools About Me:
I'm haunted by my past mistakes and embarrassing moments caused by my social ineptitude, and I can't begin to move on from them without formally apologizing to anyone involved.

• I have permanent Gundam: IBO, Houseki no Kuni, and The Outsiders brainrot.
I've been a fan of IBO since 2016 back in middle school, and The Outsiders is what kick-started my affinity for Tom Cruise (the most insane peepaw) and old men.

• I'm always daydreaming about my OCs and get so into them that I act them out, saying or pretending to do what they are. As a result, I sometimes end up swearing out of the blue or slamming my head into the wall.

• I've genuinely cried over the fact that I can't be Phos (Hnk), or at least a gem person like them. They're my fave next to Yellow Diamond, who inspired an OC of mine. I also really like Euclase whom inspired another OC.

• I adopted the name Chippy from a cool cat from my past. Chippy was a brown tabby who wandered in (and eventually out) of my life in elementary school. She was the daughter of a male cat I had named LittleBit, which coincidentally was something an old teacher used to call me.Back then I had the tendency to name accounts after my cats, and while what follows after may change, I feel I will always be Chippy.
